We are looking for a highly skilled professional to join our Business Controlling Power team in Düsseldorf. As a Business Controller, you will be responsible for managing overall processes for creating, analyzing, and commenting on monthly and quarterly reports, forecasts, and mid-term planning for Uniper's UK Generation business.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing analysis on the implications of environmental changes (e.g., commodity prices, market conditions, regulation) on performance, assessing threats and weaknesses, and initiating countermeasures.
- Acting as a business partner and counterparty to Uniper's Power Function by providing commercial business support to drive performance.
- Giving recommendations for decision-making via critically appraising projects, investments, and contracts as well as portfolio reviews, performance measurement, business model, and KPI setup.
- Engaging in cross-functional projects to further enhance the existing system landscape.
- Supporting the continuous improvement of reporting processes and tools.
