- Event Management: Organize and manage structured events and workshops, including agenda preparation, scheduling, logistics, and connectivity.
- Policies and Compliance: Evaluate policies to ensure they are in compliance with corporate rules and mission, liaising with clients, suppliers, and other staff as needed.
- Administrative Support: Follow up and track personnel expenses and administrative topics, including travel, holidays, and invoices.
- Global Director Support: Support the agenda of the global director, providing administrative assistance and coordination.
- Communication: Coordinate and update communication through different channels regarding the department, ensuring effective internal and external communication.
- Planning and Interface Management: Plan, organize, and interface manage tasks and projects, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
- Education: University degree or similar qualification.
- Experience: 5+ years of working experience, with a significant part in an operational unit or office.
- Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge and understanding of operational processes at an international level, common sourcing value chain, and executive assistant roles and event management.
- Language Skills: Excellent German language skills, fluent English language skills.
- Personality: Attentive to detail, structured personality, exceptional initiative, strong analytical thinking, customer focus, and flexibility to deliver efficient solutions.
