Job SummaryWe are seeking a Sales Associate with Representation Function to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing store operations, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing information.
- Work collaboratively with the store management team to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and engaging shopping environment.
- Previous retail experience, preferably in a sales or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
