About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Community Manager to join our team at 42 Wolfsburg/Berlin. As a Community Manager, you will play a key role in creating a safe, diverse, and inclusive community of students, enabling them to thrive in our 42 Curriculum.

Key Responsibilities
  • Community Events: Own and facilitate all community events for students and applicants (Pisciners), ensuring a positive and engaging experience.
  • Student Club Activities: Coordinate with the Pedagogy Team to develop and implement Student Club activities, aligning with our curriculum and values.
  • Central Communication Channels: Own and facilitate the central communication channels between the student body and staff, including the monthly community meeting and post-meeting work.
  • Gamified Aspect: Collaborate with the Pedagogy Lead to develop and implement the gamified aspect of our 42 Pedagogy, including coalitions tournaments, achievements, and intra-shop activities.
  • Onsite Onboarding: Own the onsite onboarding process for Pisciners and students, including ID-check, documentation, and safety and house rule communication.
  • Community Services: Coordinate with Front Desk to ensure that day-to-day procedures and rules are followed by all students using the school facilities.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong identification with our mission and some experience in a 42 school as a student or staff member. The ideal candidate will have:
