Wir suchen einen motivierten und engagierten Geschäftsanalytiker, der sich in unserem Team im Commercial Controlling einbringen möchte.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Geschäftspartnern des Commercial Controlling
  • Erstellung von Auswertungen und Analysen, sowohl wiederkehrend als auch ad-hoc
  • Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der kommerziellen Steuerungskennzahlen für die Bereiche Vertrieb, Marketing, E-Commerce, Kategorie-Management und Preisgestaltung
  • Unterstützung bei den Budget- und Forecasting-Prozessen der betreuten Bereiche in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Financial Controlling
  • Weiterentwicklung des Berichtswesens in Power BI und Excel
Profil und Anforderungen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Controlling von Vorteil
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und konzeptionelles Denken
  • Hohes Interesse an der Arbeit mit Daten und BI-Systemen (vor allem Excel, Power BI und Tableau)
  • Offenes und flexibles Mindset
  • Ausgesprochene Lösungsorientierung, proaktives Handeln und Hands-On-Mentalität
  • Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
