About the Role

As a trusted advisor for our Kirchheim Plant and Munich office teams, you will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and executing our People policy and practices. You will empower your teams, guiding managers and employees to reach their full potential and providing invaluable support on all People-related matters.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • You will provide comprehensive advice to managers on employee relations, engagement, L&D, and illness.
  • You will assume responsibility for your organization and departments.
  • You will guide people-centric strategic actions.
  • You will lead or participate in HR initiatives.
  • You will be a trusted sparring partner for Plant Management and Munich office managers.
  • You will analyze HR data to enhance business performance.
  • You will be a vital part of the Plant Management team.

  • You will play a pivotal role in ensuring a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment.
  • Your contributions will directly impact employee satisfaction, retention, and overall company success.

Experience and Attributes We Value:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as an HR consultant/advisor/business partner.
  • High energy, positive attitude, and a strong execution capability, especially in evolving organisations.
  • Expertise in German labor law.
  • Proficiency in managing social relations and steering the Works Council.
  • Seamless transition between strategic and operational problem-solving, adept at translating challenges into effective solutions.
  • Willingness to invest in deepening knowledge of the business for optimal support.
  • Fluent in both German and English, ensuring clear and effective communication.

Nice to Have Experience:

  • You hold a degree in a HR related field.
  • Experience with Workday HRIS.
  • Experience with change management.
