About the Role

Celonis is seeking a seasoned Engineering Manager to lead our Celonis Labs team in Munich. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will be responsible for developing and growing a high-performing team of engineers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Celonis Labs Engineering team to successfully deliver their mission
  • Manage the performance and support the career development of the engineers in your team
  • Build and maintain an engineering culture of trust, ownership, and collaboration within your team
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and other leads on goals and strategies around people, technology, and processes
  • Advocate for the team and provide upward and outward visibility of the team and their work
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in an Engineering Manager role
  • Track record of successfully delivering large-scale technical projects
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams
  • Strong technical knowledge (5+ years of experience in software engineering is expected)
  • Experience in DevOps and CI/CD practices
  • Proficiency in establishing and handling agile development methodologies and lean principles/techniques
  • Strong understanding of at least one of the Business Domains that Celonis operates in (Order Management, Procurement, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable) is a plus
