About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Category Performance Analyst to join our Strategic Sales and Analytics team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving analytics and strategic support to the SSA Category Lead and providing proactive business insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive actionable reporting to drive winning at each subcategory
  • Serve as the category expert internally, generating and presenting actionable insights on pricing, promotional impacts, positioning, competitive landscape and market needs to develop comprehensive strategies
  • Manage delivery of daily, weekly, monthly deliverables reporting on the health of the category
  • Identify category gaps/opportunities, craft sales stories with strategic recommendations that differentiate Ninja from competitors, helping to increase distribution, space and displays
  • Conduct financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and financial modeling, to assess business performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Analyze key financial metrics and KPIs to provide insights into business drivers and performance trends
Requirements
  • Obsessed with Winning mindset
  • Preferred bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • Genuine desire to learn about commercial management and grow into the role
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret commercial data, identify trends, and draw insights to drive business decisions
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills, able to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
