Job Title: Technical Documentation Supervisor

At TE Connectivity, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Documentation Supervisor to lead our team of technical documentation specialists. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of our technical documentation across local and global teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of technical documentation specialists responsible for generating CAD models and drawings, supporting product engineering, and ensuring the efficiency of documentation processes.
  • Manage the capacity (workload) of the team and drive continuous improvement of quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • Develop the capability of the team towards SME in Solidworks, CREO, PDM-link, and Drawings.
  • Function as first-level escalation for internal customers.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in an engineering support role (Technical documentation, CAD-data, and quality environment).
  • Experience with work distribution and mastered drafting relevant standards (GD&T, IATF-QMS).
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing technology and industrial processes.
