About the Role

MOSCA is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Lawyer / Legal Counsel to join our team. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the company's compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and guidance to the company on all matters related to corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement compliance programs and policies to ensure the company's adherence to all relevant laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate legal risks, and develop strategies to minimize exposure.
• Manage and maintain the company's global insurance contracts, ensuring that all necessary coverage is in place and up-to-date.
• Conduct training sessions for employees on legal and compliance matters, ensuring that all staff are aware of their responsibilities and obligations.

Requirements

• Hold a degree in law or a related field (Bachelor's, Master's, or equivalent).
• Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate or compliance environment.
• Be proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Be familiar with corporate law, including contract law, commercial law, and regulatory compliance.
