As an IT Product Owner & Team Lead for Service Management, you will be part of the company being restructured in the future and will work in a globally networked team of around 4,300 colleagues that operates in over 50 countries.
Key Responsibilities- Build and lead a self-organized, agile scrum team of Inhouse Consultants for Service Management in a scaled agile environment, both technically and disciplinarily.
- Drive and coach the team to continuously improve performance and cooperation within the team and with other teams of the scaled agile environment.
- Manage and prioritize the team backlog with a view to the program and product priorities and considering all stakeholders.
- Networked communication: The analysis and optimization of processes in cooperation with the respective business departments are part of your tasks.
- Think holistically: You frequently align with other process areas, thereby ensuring consistent integrated process- and IT solutions.
- Education: degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Business Engineering or equivalent.
- Personality and Working Practice: excellent communication skills and a confident behavior.
- Experience and Knowledge: many years of experience in functional configuration, design, and implementation of IT solutions in SAP CRM Service.
- Willingness to travel: up to 30%.
- Languages: fluent written and spoken English language skills, German skills are beneficial.
