As a key player in our procurement team, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of supplier relationships and procurement strategies. Your role will involve:

• Conducting thorough research to identify, select, and nurture both national and international suppliers.
• Engaging in price negotiations with designated suppliers to secure favorable terms.
• Analyzing and optimizing product categories to enhance procurement efficiency.
• Formulating and executing sustainable procurement strategies that align with company goals.
• Improving supplier evaluation and performance metrics to ensure quality and reliability.
• Identifying opportunities for cost savings and implementing effective measures to achieve them.
• Overseeing the planning and execution of cost reduction initiatives while considering various cost-saving strategies.
• Potentially managing the acquisition of machinery and equipment as needed.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering is required.
• Extensive experience in strategic or technical procurement is essential.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings is necessary.
• Familiarity with quality management processes in procurement is a plus.
• Project management experience will be considered an advantage.
• A proactive, independent, and reliable work ethic is expected.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset are crucial.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Negotiation skills and experience in contract management, particularly in machinery and equipment, are beneficial.
