Aufgaben

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen System Engineer, der unsere Anforderungsmanagement-Prozesse durch den Einsatz von Künstlicher Intelligenz (KI) optimieren und weiterentwickeln möchte. Die Aufgaben könnten wie folgt umgesetzt werden:

  • Analyse vorhandener Prozesse und Methoden in der Konzeptphase der Sportwagenentwicklung
  • Unterstützung der Systemorientierung im Anforderungsmanagement durch die verstärkte Einführung eines Systems Engineering Ansatzes
  • Prozessuale und methodische Unterstützung bei der Nutzung von fahrzeugprojektübergreifenden Potenzialen im Modell der PGE – Produktgenerationsentwicklung
  • Evaluation der entwickelten Ansätze an ausgewählten Fahrzeugprojekten
  • Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen für den Transfer auf angrenzende Themengebiete

Mögliche Ansätze

Wir freuen uns über Ihre Vorschläge zur methodischen Vorgehensweise. Mögliche Ansätze könnten:

  • Eine umfassende Literaturrecherche zum aktuellen Stand der Forschung
  • Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von Workshops zur Erarbeitung neuer Ansätze
  • Detaillierte Prozessanalysen zur Identifizierung von Verbesserungspotenzialen
  • Teilnehmende Beobachtungen zur praktischen Untersuchung und Datensammlung
  • Interviews und Befragungen von Experten zur Gewinnung tieferer Einblicke
  • Nutzung von Fallstudien zur Analyse vergleichbarer Projekte und deren Ergebnisse

Anforderungen

Wir suchen nach einem erfahrenen System Engineer mit folgenden Qualifikationen:

  • Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau, Technologieorientiertes Management oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
  • Studienschwerpunkt in Systems Engineering, Requirements Engineering, Produktentwicklungsmethoden und -prozesse, Qualitätsmanagement, Fahrzeugtechnik, Elektromobilität oder vergleichbare Schwerpunkte
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse im Bereich der Gesamtfahrzeugentwicklung und/oder Entwicklung mechatronischer Produkte/Systeme
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere PowerPoint und ggfs. Excel
  • Gute Deutsch- sowie Englischkenntnisse
  • Gute Kenntnisse im wissenschaftlichen Arbeiten, sehr gute konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten, Eigeninitiative, Einsatzbereitschaft, Organisationstalent, ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
