About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of solar energy projects across Germany and other European countries.

This critical role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with safety and quality standards. You will lead site activities, manage contractors, and handle logistics, while proactively solving on-site issues and driving project success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage site operations, ensuring safety and compliance with all regulations.
  • Monitor site progress and report to the project management team.
  • Handle site logistics, materials, and equipment management.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and local authorities with project manager and Local Procurement.
  • Solve on-site issues and manage changes in project scope as they arise.
Requirements
  • Experience with project management, occupational safety, or supervisory roles on construction sites.
  • Willingness to travel and work abroad within Europe.
  • Great abilities in handling stakeholder relationships.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other languages is considered an advantage.
