Assistant Store Manager - Luxury Brand

Pyou - Recruitment & HR Consulting is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our client's team in Munich.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the fashion industry.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the boutique
  • Provide exceptional customer service and sales support to customers
  • Generate sales, work on the till, and promote the brand's products
  • Report to the Store Manager and ensure the boutique meets the brand's standards
  • Assist with visual merchandising and stock management
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of retail experience in a premium environment
  • Experience working for fashion brands and a passion for fashion
  • Excellent team working skills and customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritize workload and multitask
  • Additional languages a plus
