About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at HVVG Heimverwaltungs- und Vermietungsgesellschaft mbH. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our management team and ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing documents, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other software applications.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
