Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and coordinating meetings and events with ease and efficiency
  • Providing administrative support to our team members, including handling correspondence and completing tasks as needed
  • Ensuring the reception area is tidy and well-maintained at all times
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Fluent German and English language skills
