About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Transformation Consultant to join our team at goetzpartners. As a key member of our digital advisory team, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients navigate the complexities of digital transformation and drive business growth through innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead domestic and international client projects as a project leader, working closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored digital transformation strategies.
  • Manage and mentor a team of digital experts, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive business growth and ensure seamless project execution.
  • Contribute to internal corporate development initiatives, identifying opportunities for process improvement and driving change through digital innovation.
  • Mentor junior colleagues, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and advance their careers.
Requirements
  • Excellent university degree and several years of professional experience in the consulting environment, including as project and team leader.
  • Expertise in the digital segment, with a deep understanding of digital transformation strategies and technologies.
  • Strategic thinking, entrepreneurial mindset, and hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong analytical and creative skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts in a clear and concise manner.
