Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer to join our team. As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining large-scale data systems and pipelines.

You will work closely with clients, Proximus teams, and other Codit Proximus NXT members to deliver complex data projects. Your mission will be to provide business insights to non-technical teams based on data.

You will be responsible for managing your time and agenda to deliver solutions on time and working following Agile methodology.

You will have the opportunity to work with new tools and technologies and share your knowledge with other team members.

You will be always looking for ways to improve your skills and knowledge.

Requirements
  • Knowledge of data modelling and data pipeline design
  • Knowledge of public cloud solutions such as Azure
  • Strong experience with SQL and RDBMS solutions such as SQLServer, PostgreSQL, MySQL...
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, git, CI/CD...
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau ...
  • ETL design and development experiences
  • Ability to work in a team and good communication skills
  • Fluent English in speaking and writing
  • Good experience with at least one scripting language (e.g. Python)
  • Experience in the delivery of customer related projects
