Mechatronic Bike Specialist

Trek Bicycle Store: We are seeking an experienced Bicycle Mechatronic (all genders) to fill a key role in our team.

About the Position:

• Timely completion of work orders from the POS work order queue
• Performing services within the agreed time frame
• Execution of all service workshop packages offered, from simple to comprehensive
• Customer service on bikes, including on-site repairs, bike assembly, safety audits, and other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Your Profile:

• Completed training as a bicycle mechanic
• Several years of experience preferred
• Structured, meticulous, and independent work ethic
• Experience working with high-quality bikes
