Job Description

As a Project Manager at Handtmann Systemtechnik GmbH & Co. KG, you will be responsible for leading development projects in the field of mechatronic systems. Your tasks will include project planning, coordination, and execution, as well as ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead development projects from concept to completion, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Coordinate and manage project teams, ensuring that all team members are aware of their roles and responsibilities.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues that may impact project delivery.
  • Ensure that all project deliverables are of high quality and meet the required standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello.
