Dietary Advisor

Your Responsibilities

• Preparation and preparation of dietetic food items
• Determination of daily food needs for special and dietary food
• Creation of meal plans for special diets and all necessary nutritional calculations
• Planning and implementation of nutrition lectures, training and counseling
• Food service at the buffet with counseling
• Creation and maintenance of information materials (flyers, recipes, handouts)
• Organization and leadership of cooking courses
• Independent work within existing team structures

Your Profile

• Completed state-recognized training as a diet assistant (m/w/d) or equivalent study with further education contents corresponding to the health profession of diet assistance
• First-hand experience is desirable
• Full measles vaccination in accordance with statutory requirements for employees born after 2000
• Good German language skills on at least C1 level for smooth communication with colleagues and guests
• Communication strength, empathy and ability to guide and motivate
• Safe handling of computer-assisted programs, especially when working with clinical information systems
