We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join our team at FERCHAU GmbH. As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing electrical systems for our clients in the fields of electrical and automation technology.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop electrical systems using EPLAN P8 or Zuken E3 software, taking into account customer requirements and relevant standards
  • Plan and project control systems and circuit diagrams
  • Maintain circuit diagrams and bill of materials for series products with high standardization
  • Support project planning and conception
  • Select components and assemblies for standardized use

Requirements:

  • Successful completion of a degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable field, or a vocational training as an electrical engineer
  • First work experience in the mentioned fields
  • Comprehensive knowledge of EPLAN (preferably P8) or Zuken E3
  • Basic knowledge of electrical design principles, such as EN60204 and relevant standards
  • Understanding of tender processes and load lists
  • Excellent German and good English language skills in writing and speaking
