Luxembourg Investment Fund Manager

Banque Internationale à Luxembourg (BIL) is a leading independent management company, providing comprehensive regulatory solutions for global investment managers.

Your next challenge:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients across various asset classes;
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless client onboarding experiences;
  • Build strong relationships with external service providers and legal advisors;
  • Coordinate quarterly board meetings and audit processes;
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures for day-to-day operations;
  • Maintain accurate records and databases;
  • Stay up-to-date with evolving regulatory requirements affecting the fund industry.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or Finance; professional certifications like CFA or CAIA are an asset;
  • At least 8 years of experience in operational and client-facing roles, preferably in Luxembourg investment vehicle setup and administration;
  • Familiarity with new regulatory changes impacting the fund industry;
  • Proven networking skills and ability to build relationships with clients and partners;
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills;
  • Fluency in English and French; additional languages are welcome;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
