We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Manager to join our team at Brightsmith | B Corp™. As a BIM Manager, you will play a key role in developing and implementing our BIM strategy, ensuring that our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading company in the Clean Technology space, utilizing your expertise in BIM Management and Engineering to drive innovation and growth. You will be responsible for leading large and complex infrastructure projects, working closely with our team of experts to design and implement bespoke solutions that enhance energy efficiency and reduce carbon emissions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement BIM strategy and standards
  • Lead large and complex infrastructure projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Stay up-to-date with national and international BIM standards and regulations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in model-based 3D planning/model-based project management/Building Information Modeling (BIM)
  • Excellent knowledge of Autodesk Revit, Civil3D, and MS Office
  • Fluent English and German language skills
