Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Industry Market Leader EMEA to join our team in Tiffauges or Düsseldorf. As a key member of our EMEA sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans, assessing new market opportunities, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to assess new market opportunities through segmentation and portfolio gap analysis.
  • Contribute to the development of activities and release development requests in collaboration with the R&D department.
  • Manage a network of internal stakeholders to achieve objectives.
  • Conduct market assessments and analyses to identify opportunities and gaps, driving strategic initiatives and business growth.
  • Ensure the role of Key Account Manager for OEMs, managing OEMs and leading market strategies, including business development plans or snowball activities.
  • Lead and co-develop projects, leveraging your technical expertise and experience in industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and achieve objectives.
Requirements
  • Higher scientific education (Engineer or Master) with significant experience in industry.
  • Strong technical dimension and experience in plastics.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong customer orientation and sales mentality.
  • Fluent English, additional languages an asset.
  • Enthusiasm for new ideas and ways of thinking.
  • Hands-on mentality, decisiveness, high level of commitment, and independence.
