Your Mission

As the Manager of Business Relations at flora&faunavisions GmbH, you will play a pivotal role in propelling our expansion efforts. With over two decades of experience in the international multimedia design sector, we are looking for someone who can drive new business initiatives, explore innovative markets, and cultivate strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients. Collaborating closely with our founder and interdisciplinary teams, you will be instrumental in transforming business opportunities into reality. Your daily tasks will range from conducting market analysis to negotiating significant contracts, ensuring that each day presents new challenges and opportunities for impactful contributions.

Your Profile:
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: You excel in connecting with diverse individuals, leveraging your strong interpersonal abilities to forge enduring relationships.
  • Business Acumen: Your solid grasp of sales and business development allows you to identify and capitalize on new opportunities effectively.
  • Efficient Multitasker: You thrive in managing multiple priorities seamlessly, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in both English and German is essential for success in this role.
  • Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline is required.
  • Professional Experience: You bring a minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or a related area, with a preference for backgrounds in live communication and the creative sector, particularly immersive experiences.
Your Responsibilities:
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough investigations into new markets to identify business opportunities that align with our innovative projects.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive the growth of our organization.
  • Prospect Engagement: Actively network, participate in industry events, and explore various channels to generate new business leads.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Ensure a consistent flow of new opportunities by effectively managing our sales pipeline.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing clients to promote long-term partnerships.
  • Contract Negotiation: Take the lead in securing new business through strategic negotiation of contracts and agreements.
  • Collaborative Efforts: Work in close collaboration with PR, creative, production, and finance teams to ensure comprehensive support and execution of new business opportunities.
What We Offer:

  • Competitive Compensation: Based on your experience, expect a salary range of 5,000 to 6,000 EUR gross per month.
