Wir suchen einen Payroll Specialist / Personalsachbearbeiter Entgeltabrechnung (m/w/d) für unseren Standort Dortmund.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Verantwortlich für die Richtigkeit der monatlichen Entgeltabrechnung unter Berücksichtigung der steuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Bestimmungen für deinen definierten Betreuungskreis.
  • Geschätzter Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für unsere Fach- und Führungskräfte sowie externe Stellen wie z. B. Krankenkassen und Behörden.
  • Personaladministration, beginnend mit der Arbeitsvertragserstellung und -änderung bis hin zur Bearbeitung von Austrittsvorgängen.
  • Abwechselung zum Tagesgeschäft gestaltest du spannende und zukunftsweisende HR-Projekte mit.
Dein Profil
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, wünschenswert als Steuerfachangestellter, Lohn- & Gehaltsbuchhalter oder Personalkaufmann (m/w/d).
  • Expertise in den Themenbereichen Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungs- sowie Arbeitsrecht.
  • Arbeitsweise ist eigenständig, proaktiv und vollumfänglich.
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Verschwiegenheit und Flexibilität runden dein Profil ab.
