Head of Service to Customer Platforms

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Service to Customer Platforms team as Head of Service to Customer Platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of 6-13 employees, ensuring disciplinary and professional management in accordance with our management principles.
- Act as Hiring Manager within the recruiting process, accompanying all steps from job advertisement to candidate hiring.
- Allocate internal and external employees according to requirements and priorities.
- Ensure the operation of S2C applications, including support quality and adherence to service level agreements.
- Ensure security compliance with current standards, reviewing existing implementations if necessary.
- Develop and implement the strategy for Digital Experience and Customer Relationship Management Platforms.
- Manage stakeholder relationships as an interface between CIT, specialist departments, and business groups.
- Continuously develop the solution portfolio, including operational excellence, product compliance, and health & safety management.
- Work on selected topics as an CRM Service Solution Consultant in project and daily operations.
- Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or industrial engineering.
- High level of leadership skills, social and communication skills, and servant-leader mentality.
- Extensive professional experience in application management, CRM Service platform environment, and end-to-end process consulting.
- Comprehensive understanding of IT architecture and processes, knowledge of international project management, and good intercultural competence.
- Business fluent in English and good knowledge of German.
