Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Health, Safety and Quality Manager to join our Life Cycle Service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that health, safety and quality management is fully implemented and improved in our global service organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic health, safety and quality projects to drive improvement and compliance
  • Define and evaluate health, safety and quality targets with responsible personnel
  • Create, implement and maintain global specific policies and templates for the function
  • Communicate health, safety and quality topics to the LCS organization
  • Support LCS country organizations operationally and in the use of the EHS software Quentic
  • Monitor training status, inspection requirements, conduct audits, occupational accidents, and prepare risk assessments

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or mechatronics
  • Knowledge and several years of professional experience in the health, safety and quality field, ideally in an international industrial company
  • Experience in project management
  • Qualification in H&S, such as Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit §6 ASiG, and quality, such as QMB training or comparable
  • Experience with Quentic, CRM and SAP desirable
  • Detailed knowledge of ISO standards, including ISO9001 and the application of the Machinery Directive
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, CEFR Level B2 (advanced intermediate level)
