Exciting Opportunity for a Mechatronics Professional
KONE, a global leader in elevators, escalators, and automatic doors, is seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team in the Greater Berlin Area.
As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for independently handling maintenance tasks and troubleshooting elevator and escalator systems after thorough training.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Execute maintenance tasks in your designated area with minimal supervision
- Diverse diagnostic and troubleshooting of elevator and escalator malfunctions
- Replacement of components and minor repairs on-site
- Identification of spare parts and placing orders
- Consulting building owners in your service area
- Close cooperation with our sales and installation teams
- Rotation for emergency calls: approximately six per year
Your Qualifications:
- Completed education in Mechatronics, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
- Relevant experience or a motivated newcomer to the industry - we welcome your application
- Customer-oriented, service-oriented, and excellent German language skills
- Enjoy working independently
- Strong analytical skills and systematic approach
- High affinity for digital technologies
- Driving license Class B
