Job Responsibilities
As a key member of our international team at Danfoss, you will be responsible for leading the software development team and overseeing the development of innovative solutions for the electronics industry. Your primary focus will be on refining software requirements, providing development estimates, designing, and implementing software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Forward-looking personnel planning and demand-oriented development and qualification of employees.
- Work within an agile development organization and be accountable for refining software requirements, providing development estimates, designing, and implementing software.
- Design, develop, and test front- and microservice-based backend components, based on the newest C# version and the corresponding toolsets.
- Be responsible for creating high-quality code to support the roadmap from maintenance to new feature/product development.
- Be part of a 2nd/3rd Level support for our own global software solution.

For this position, you have a university degree in the field of Information technology or comparable and several years of working experience in using C# and .NET (core) Framework as well as databases (e.g., MS-SQL or Oracle).
Requirements:
- Several years of leadership experience in an international matrix-environment.
- Ideal candidate possesses leadership experience in remote teams.
- Well-versed in Clean Code Development (CCD) and the usage of programming design patterns (e.g., GoF or SOLID).
- Experience in working with Containers (e.g., Docker).
- Attentive to details, driven to problem-solving, and adaptive to new technologies and best practices.
- Ability for occasional European or international travel activities.
- Fluent in English and German.
