Senior Product Manager

As a Senior Product Manager at Wandelbots GmbH, you will be at the forefront of our mission to democratize the robotics industry. You will be responsible for driving and executing our product strategy for the cross-functional team developing our OEM-agnostic robot programming capabilities, related system applications, and our offering for automation solution simulation in close collaboration with our technology partners.
You will work hand in hand with your cross-functional team, including engineering, design, and business stakeholders, to bring innovative solutions to the market that allow our customers and users to access robotics more easily than ever before.
Your Profile- Proven experience in product management or product development-centric roles, preferably within the robotics, automation, factory, or automation simulation software industries or related software industries.
- Proven record of accomplishment of leading and delivering complex software products in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
- Proven experience and knowledge on robotics technology and robot programming.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and engage internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to break down and translate complex technical topics for non-techies.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and drive cross-functional teams towards common goals.
- High tolerance for ambiguity, fast learner, and ability to adapt with speed to new situations.
