Job Title: Solutions Delivery Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Delivery Consultant to join our team. As a Solutions Delivery Consultant, you will play a critical role in driving the implementation of best-in-class solutions to meet the needs of our key customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Solutions Architects to establish project charters and plans, ensuring clear goals and objectives.
  • Own the execution of Solutions offerings, managing project delivery and stakeholder alignment.
  • Work with colleagues to define, plan, and execute project implementations and service programs for Healthcare Solutions customers.
  • Bring domain expertise in process re-engineering, analytics, change management, and digital/software platform implementation to deliver outcome-driven projects.
  • Participate in commercial processes as a domain expert and contribute to the development of delivery methodologies and best practices.
  • Track and report key metrics to the Cluster Solutions Delivery Lead, ensuring accurate tracking of gains and savings.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in consulting activities, preferably in a healthcare setting, with a strong analytical base and knowledge of Lean and process optimization methodologies.
  • Experience in implementing or applying digital/software platforms in hospital/clinical settings and supporting patient, clinical, and other hospital teams to adapt to new systems.
  • Strong communication skills, able to articulate complex ideas to varied stakeholders, and build networks and partnerships collaboratively.
  • Fluency in English and local language (German), with a plus for Dutch and Tableau knowledge.
  • Willingness to travel 30-50% of the time in the DACH-NL region.
