About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Application Management Service expert to join our team at SVA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients in the SAP Application Management Service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact and problem solver for our clients in SAP Application Management Service, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Work closely with clients to analyze and resolve application support issues, applying ITIL principles and best practices.
  • Collaborate with clients to optimize and enhance their SAP business processes, leveraging Change Requests to drive business value.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to clients in implementing and configuring SAP solutions, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Lead or participate in projects, driving business outcomes and delivering high-quality results.

Requirements

  • Relevant degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent experience and skills.
  • Proven experience in at least two of the SAP core modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, or EWM), with a strong understanding of SAP customization and ABAP debugging.
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in German (C1 or higher) and English (B2 or higher).
