Your Role:
  • As Technical Lead in our Product Team Store Experience, you will be responsible for the technical management of your team, collaborating closely with the Product Owner to ensure flawless omnichannel implementations.
  • You will guide the team in transforming, migrating, and improving existing complex systems, leveraging new technologies to drive business growth.
  • You will work with other Technical Leads to refine our tech vision, develop the architecture roadmap, and serve as a technical liaison between business teams, the product team, and stakeholders.
  • You will support your team as a mentor, fostering mutual learning through code reviews and pair programming, while actively contributing as a developer.
  • You will drive agile development of various products in a continuous integration and deployment process (CI/CD), introducing innovative solution approaches and tech trends to enhance development.
Your Profile:
  • Successful completion of studies in Computer Science, (Business) Informatics, or a related field.
  • At least two years of relevant work experience as Tech Lead, ideally with experience in legacy application modernization.
  • Knowledge in web technologies, including JavaScript/TypeScript, PHP, and MySQL.
  • Practical experience in using cloud provider platforms, such as GCP, Azure, or AWS.
  • Strong understanding of API design and system integration.
  • High focus on code quality, performance, maintainability, and expandability.
  • Excellent team player with strong people and communication skills, proficient in English, and ideally fluent in German.
