Job Title: Director of Food and Beverage Operations

We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our retail operations and drive business growth. As a Director of Food and Beverage Operations, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including staffing, training, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage store operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by leading comprehensive training and development programs.
  • Implement industry-leading operational standards to maximize efficiency and drive continuous improvement.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Collaborate with other departments to implement company initiatives and achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • At least 7 years of operational experience in retail F&B, preferably with a mix of retail food and beverage chains at an international level.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, solution-oriented, and excited to work on the full-cycle of building a start-up.
  • Fluent in English, German is a strong plus.
