Retail Stocking Manager

At Harbor Freight Tools, we're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail Stocking Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring our stores are well-stocked and organized, providing excellent customer service, and leading a team of associates to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain a safe and clean store environment, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
- Lead and develop a team of associates to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and counting merchandise.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other store leaders to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in retail management or leadership role.
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates in person, email, and telephone.
- Ability to lift, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds, and stand/move for entire shift.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with open availability.
