At Boston Consulting Group, we're looking for a talented IT Consultant to join our team and help shape the digital transformation of globally leading companies. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for deploying customized platforms, architectures, and strategies to leverage the digital potential of our clients and drive true innovation.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and optimize unique IT architectures within the framework of enterprise solution requirements, modern custom software developments, and sustainable digital solutions, including cyber resilience.
  • Drive groundbreaking projects forward by using agile methods and modern approaches within the scope of strategic IT implementation for clients and by actively steering the relevant modules.
  • Smooth the path for tailored, future-oriented customer journeys based on precise analysis of the specific situation and with current market developments and trends such as machine learning in mind.

Requirements:

  • A degree in computer science, (business) informatics, or a related discipline with higher-than-average grades.
  • At least four years of relevant experience in IT Consulting, in the course of which you implemented transformation and implementation projects in terms of both strategy and operations.
  • Experience in leading project teams of more than three people.
  • Familiarity with all the stages of development for successful IT organizations and IT processes.
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex topics in both German and English.
