Join Our Team as a Security Operations Monitoring Specialist

At OSB AG, we are looking for a dedicated professional to enhance our security monitoring capabilities.

Your Role:

  • As a key member of the SPO Technical Team, you will assist the Security Monitoring Manager in various security-related initiatives.
  • You will play a crucial role in managing the SECMON processes, ensuring that security monitoring and control activities are executed effectively by the SPO Operational Teams.
  • Your responsibilities will include providing regulatory and programmatic support, verifying and overseeing the activities conducted by local teams involved in security monitoring.
  • You will liaise with local representatives to facilitate daily operations and contribute to both regular and special reports.
  • Your expertise will be vital in validating operational products and procedures, including participation in system validation and simulation efforts.
  • You will help refine analysis processes and develop methodologies for investigating security incidents.
  • Your role will also involve assessing supporting infrastructures and identifying areas for improvement during verification phases.
  • Additionally, you will manage lessons learned processes and participate in the analysis of anomalies and operational planning.

What We Expect From You:

  • Experience in similar roles, preferably within Space or Defence sectors, or in highly regulated commercial environments.
  • Familiarity with the Galileo program and its specific accreditation processes is highly desirable.
  • In-depth knowledge of security accreditation methodologies at both national and international levels.
  • Experience in security risk assessment and management.
  • Proficiency in reviewing security documentation and conducting inspections.
  • Understanding of technologies related to the cyber-protection of critical IT infrastructures.
  • Fluency in English is essential, with additional language skills in Italian, German, or Spanish being advantageous.
  • A strong collaborative spirit, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in standard office software tools.
