Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Inhouse Consultant to join our team at MediaMarktSaturn Retail Group. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading medium and large-scale strategy and transformation projects, ensuring efficient resource allocation and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage cross-functional projects with a focus on business development, logistics, and sustainability, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.
  • Work closely with executive management to plan and track multiple projects, identifying key potentials and risks, and implementing effective mitigation measures.
  • Foster positive relationships with key stakeholders, addressing their concerns proactively, and facilitating project success and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Establish project management frameworks, principles, and methodologies, designing and implementing templates, tools, and best practices to ensure project quality.

Requirements

  • A professional with international experience in managing complex projects in an international environment, preferably with additional experience beyond project management.
  • Excellent master's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • At least five years of relevant work experience, ideally in consulting and international business environments with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English and at least one further language of an MMS Sales country, such as Spanish or Italian.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to lead in a complex and fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
  • Fluency in German is desirable.
