Job Title: Senior Research Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Research Director to join our team at dentsu. As a key member of our research and insights team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and delivering world-class market research projects to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to grow the DACH region
  • Lead research projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to build and communicate a DACH marketing plan
  • Mentor and guide team members to enhance their client management skills and insight capabilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to rejuvenate lapsed clients and grow existing accounts
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in commercial market research, with a proven track record of success
  • Exceptional analytical and communication skills, with the ability to articulate findings in a compelling and engaging manner
  • Experience managing a range of market research projects, ensuring the execution of multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong business development skills, with the ability to identify growth opportunities and nurture client relationships
