**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Writing Specialist to join our team in Böblingen. As a key member of our Regulatory Affairs department, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing documents for marketing authorizations in Europe and globally.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare eCTD dossiers for marketing authorizations
  • Review and evaluate the accuracy, consistency, and plausibility of externally produced clinical and non-clinical documents
  • Review and evaluate information texts for medicinal products and food supplements
  • Interface with Regulatory Affairs and Global Pharmacovigilance teams on medical/scientific issues
  • Edit and review technical information and directions for use
  • Collaborate with the manager of the Generic portfolio to maintain PILs and SmPCs up-to-date and compliant
  • Ensure compliance with internal deadlines and quality specifications

**Requirements**

  • Successfully completed scientific studies or a comparable scientific education
  • Several years of professional experience in Medical Affairs and/or Regulatory Affairs/Regulatory Medical Writing
  • Pronounced ability to produce high-quality written documents and check technical content
  • Excellent communication and assertiveness skills, with German as a native language or equivalent
