Cybersecurity Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team at Creos, a leading player in the energy transition industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT and cybersecurity, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. The successful applicant will be responsible for developing and managing documents related to our Information Security Management System, harmonizing and updating security documents, and verifying compliance with security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.

The role requires a proactive, dynamic, and results-oriented individual with a keen eye for details and a strong sense of discretion and confidentiality. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French are essential, with German being a plus.

• You hold a university degree in IT or equivalent, and/or significant experience in the Cyber Security field
• You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in IT and cybersecurity
• You possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage priorities effectively and work under pressure
• You are proficient in security risk assessments, pen tests, and audit remediation steps, with experience in identity and access management systems
• You have a strong understanding of data classification and documentation, with the ability to maintain and implement a framework for accurate data classification and ownership identification

We offer a competitive salary range of €80,000 - €120,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as additional benefits including a hybrid working mode, continuous learning and development opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package.
