Financial Process Manager

kaiserkraft, a strong brand of TAKKT Group, is seeking a motivated individual to join their team in Stuttgart as a Financial Process Manager to shape the future of work.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage projects to improve transactional financial processes and systems, including planning, conception, and support of the technical implementation in the finance department of TAKKT AG and international locations.
- Define and implement standard processes in finance.
- Drive digitalization and automation in finance.
- Develop future-oriented ERP, planning, reporting, and analysis instruments in cooperation with the finance areas (accounting, taxes, controlling) and other departments.
- Act as a contact person for the smooth use of financial processes and applications.
- Conduct process analyses and documentation in the business process management standard in cross-functional teams.
- Develop Root Cause Counter Measures and conduct business performance meetings with subsidiaries.
- Master or Bachelor degree in economics/finance or relevant areas.
- Professional experience in finance processes.
- Experience in project- and change management.
- Communication skills (fluent/professional in English and German).
