Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior IT Product Manager Backend Flight to join our team in Berlin. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for designing, specifying, and developing intelligent back-end systems for process automation and the development of innovative features for customers.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop back-end systems for process automation and feature development
  • Collaborate with IT teams, analysts, and senior management to ensure high-quality and reliable implementation
  • Establish and continuously develop comparisons in terms of data quality and price attractiveness
  • Expand the product strategy and create the technical product roadmap
  • Ensure the functionality of the product, regular quality assurance, and testing
  • Cooperate with suppliers such as integrators, airlines, and other cooperating companies
Requirements
  • Educational background: Completed studies with a focus on economics, mathematics, or IT
  • Adaptability: Willingness and ability to quickly familiarize yourself with challenging technical issues
  • Experience: Initial professional experience in online industry or e-commerce is a plus; however, curiosity, open-mindedness, and creative problem-solving skills are more critical
  • Knowledge base: Basic understanding of business intelligence and/or data structures is advantageous
  • Analytical skills: Strong analytical and structured approach to problem-solving with a keen attention to detail
  • Team player: Hands-on mentality, excellent communication skills, and a passion for collaborative teamwork
