Junior IT Business Services Consultant

SAP is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Junior IT Business Services Consultant to join our Enterprise Cloud Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth through our private cloud offerings.
Key Responsibilities:- Engagement Management: Plan and review services to meet customer project requirements, manage stakeholders, and ensure successful onboarding and renewal phases.
- Delivery Management: Coordinate day-to-day operations, de-escalate critical engagements, and ensure timely project delivery.
- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, drive commercial growth, and ensure high customer satisfaction ratings.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent skills gained through vocational training or apprenticeship.
- Proactive problem-solving attitude, customer-centric mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English and German, with additional languages a plus.
- Ability to adapt to changing customer and project situations, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Basic understanding of private cloud, technical managed services, and IT infrastructure concepts.
