About the RoleYou'll play a vital part in Una Health's mission to provide targeted, sustainable, and accessible interventions for lifestyle change.
Your key responsibilities will include guiding patients towards successfully achieving their health goals.
- You'll be the primary point of contact for patients during their program, ensuring seamless communication and care orchestration.
- Liaising with technical, medical, and other teams, you'll guarantee smooth sailing throughout the patient's journey.
- Collecting feedback from patients, you'll communicate it to product and medical teams to drive continuous improvement of our solution, informed by patient and healthcare professional needs.
- As a trusted advocate, you'll be the go-to person patients can rely on for guidance and support.
- Developing our cutting-edge nutritional intervention, you'll ensure it's relevant, evidence-based, and accessible for our patients.
This role offers a unique chance to innovate, experiment, and take ownership in a novel field, while witnessing firsthand how an early-stage digital health startup grows and evolves.

- Qualifications: A certified nutritionist or qualified dietitian with valid state registration in Germany and at least 2 years of professional experience.
- Experience: Previous experience working with individuals with type 2 diabetes or other metabolic illnesses is essential. Experience in using and interpreting continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) data is highly valued.
- Language: Native fluency in German is required, with strong conversational English skills a significant plus.
- Passion: You're motivated by our mission and the potential of digital health to transform society, with a keen interest in exploring the role of novel technologies in the field of diabetes and metabolic diseases.
- Skills: You're well-organized, able to work independently, and solution-oriented, with a practical understanding of what works in real-world settings. Strong communication, empathy, and a service mindset are essential, with creativity a welcome bonus. Tech affinity and flexibility in scheduling are also highly valued.
- Bonus: Holding a Diabetesberater*in or Diabetesassistent certification is a significant advantage.
