Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Country Manager for the Netherlands to join our team. As a Country Manager, you will be responsible for leading our customer service efforts for our Dutch website and managing our existing customer base in the Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our Dutch customers and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify and acquire new Dutch customers for our platform and develop strategies to increase customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our Dutch customers to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the B2B sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
