Key Responsibilities

  • Streamline client workflows related to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) data management, including due diligence, verification, and regulatory compliance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing guidance on the optimal use of our AI tools to achieve their sustainability objectives.
  • Analyze client data to develop personalized customer success strategies, ensuring seamless experiences with our platform.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell our services, working closely with the Sales and Product teams to deliver tailored solutions that drive value for clients.
  • Provide expert training and support to customers on the effective use of our AI tools, enabling them to maximize the value of our platform.

Your Profile

We are looking for an individual who shares our passion for sustainability and is committed to making a positive impact on the world. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer success management or a related field, preferably within ESG, consulting, advisory, finance, or a similar industry.
  • A strong understanding of ESG workflows, including due diligence, verification, and regulatory requirements.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and a willingness to learn AI prompt optimization to support client success.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate complex topics clearly and concisely.
  • A passion for helping international clients succeed and a drive to build long-term relationships based on trust and value delivery.
